Humans are goal setting creatures. Use affirmations, use visualization, make your goals SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Terminated), think big by setting goals. And most importantly, do the work. Just thinking about your goals will not help. You have to do your work to achieve them.
