Structure improves learning. Also learning from examples leads to learning the rules behind things. But you have to figure out the rules yourself. I'd rather learn from examples than rules.

The brain is capable of rewiring itself for a lifetime. It's called neuroplasticity. It means it doesn't matter how old you are, you can always learn something new.

IQ is relative. It changes like skills and abilities. Brain games do not maximize brain power. You just learn how to play the game. Growth mindset is what matters. Challenge yourself to learn new things and take actions. Get out of your comfort zone. Learn through failure.
