In some cases, such as extreme emotional states our brain can store information that leads to false retrieval. - Mental models are a concept in our brain for situations where we want to achieve something.

The mental model guides us and helps us understand why an action is important and how it relates to the goal/outcome we want to achieve.


October 23rd, 2023

Training and getting feedback are essential to not learn the wrong thing. Without feedback, we would not be aware that we may have trained wrongly. Action beats reaction.


October 24th, 2023

Trial and error are a good way to find out what knowledge you need to learn.


October 25th 2023

Learning styles vary according to personal preferences and abilities. Some people have disabilities that conflict with learning techniques, but for almost everything, workarounds can be imagined.
